In a Haussmann-style apartment located in the golden triangle of Paris, roll up your sleeves and come and learn the delicate art of making macarons. For a long time the favourite pastry of the French nobility, the macaron has become a gourmet and refined dish, a symbol of the finest way of life.

During a 2:30-hour workshop, learn to master the different steps of preparing the macaron in 3 different flavours with a pastry expert. From macaronnage, poaching of the shells, to the preparation of the ganache and the final decoration of your creations, become a real pastry chef. At the end of the experience, each participant will leave with a personalized diploma and a box with their achievements. The little something extra, whether you are more of an intense chocolate, lavender, powdered pink or lemon raspberry, each of your creations will be entirely made with natural products.
